Frequently Asked Questions
How are recording hours calculated?
We calculate the hours from your monthly subscription based on the total time recorded.
For example, if you have 1 host and 3 guests (4 total participants), and you record for 1 hour, this will only count as 1 hour of total recording time towards your monthly limit.
Can I buy a plan on a monthly basis or only on a yearly basis?
We offer plans on both a monthly and a yearly basis. Yearly plans are at a reduced rate and monthly plans you can cancel at any time.
What if I go over my hours?
We won’t ever cut off your recording. If you consistently record more than your monthly limit, we will reach out to discuss a plan that fits your needs.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can do all of this in your dashboard.

Recording: @RiversidedotFM replaces a set up using zoom + local recording of separate tracks which I had to reconcile.It provides better quality, separate audio tracks and HD video.(If you're using a paying version of Zoom for 1x1 or 1x2 interviews - stop!)
